We are SSE Vehicle Management Limited T/A Leasehub and Our registered office is Unit 1 The Dairy, Back Lane Farm, St. Kenelms Road, Romsley, Worcestershire, B62 0PG. SSE Vehicle Management Ltd acts a credit intermediary and authorised representative of Marshall Management Services Ltd. Marshall Management Services Ltd is authorised and regulated but the Financial Conduct Authority under FRN 667174

We are a credit broker of vehicle(s) finance; We are not a funder or lender.

We use a panel of finance partners to obtain the finance rate(s) presented to you.

We use a preferred supplier and manufacturer dealer network to supply this vehicle(s) to you.

To obtain the services offered by Us, You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driving license.

All credit is subject to status and credit approval.

Our Leasing Broker Service Agreement

Our Leasing Broker Service Agreement is outlined as follows:

Your agreement with us is separate and is not tied to a lease or financial agreement you may enter into with a finance provider.

By contacting us, submitting an enquiry and/or requesting a quotation you are entering into our Leasing Broker Service Agreement. In doing so, you agree that SSE Vehicle Management Limited T/A Leasehub will provide a finance quotation to you for the motor vehicle that you have chosen and may introduce you to a suitable finance provider should you wish to proceed.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for the decision to choose a vehicle and that is fit for your purposes. The Leasehub Car Chooser aspect of the website should be used as a guide only and should not be relied on as a means of establishing if a vehicle is fit for your purposes. You also acknowledge that you are responsible for exploring, checking and verifying the exact vehicle specification that you require prior to submitting an order for to us.

Any vehicle information provided to you by us should be used as a guide only.

A non-refundable arrangement fee may be payable to us upon submitting a vehicle order to us or at such time required by us.

We will action your vehicle order once a completed order form has been provided to us and we have accepted and acknowledged your order, and any applicable arrangement fees have been paid to us.

You acknowledge that as our leasing broker service will begin upon receiving your enquiry/request.

Aspects of our leasing broker service may be carried out in conjunction with our Principle Firm, Marshall Management Services Ltd. This may include but may not be limited to: the processing of contract hire finance agreements, the processing of vehicle orders and booking of vehicle deliveries.

Aspects of our leasing broker service may be carried out in conjunction with the dealership/supplier that we may use to supply the vehicle for your lease. The reasons for this may include but may not be limited to: to obtain a finance quotation, to process your finance application, to order the vehicle for you lease, and to book delivery of a vehicle.

All notices of cancellation must be made in writing to If you provide notice of cancellation before providing a completed order form, we will not charge you for the services we have provided.

Estimated delivery dates provided to you by us are based on information provided to us by the vehicle supplier and you acknowledge that these are subject to change. Driven delivery to mainland UK is included with all orders unless otherwise stated. Where the vehicle is driven to your location, the mileage incurred may form part of your contracted allowance.

Where possible we will provide you with weekly updates as to the current status of your vehicle in build and an estimated arrival to the supplier based on information provided to us. Please note that this date is not the date the car will be delivered to you.

The prices quoted will be valid for the specified period and are subject to the terms and conditions of the finance quotation form.

Orders may be subject to manufacturer price increases and rises in government tax levies.

We are not responsible for the quality or performance of any vehicle. Whilst we will bear no responsibility if you are not satisfied with the vehicle ordered, we will endeavor to liaise on your behalf with the finance company and/or supplier.

We will not offer to provide you with insurance services but we may provide you with information on where you may access potentially relevant products.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any losses incurred by you arising from your chosen vehicle and/or specifications being unfit for your purposes or out of the contract between you and the finance company and purported arrangements relating to the supply of any vehicle, including: any loss of profits, anticipated savings, loss of future business or damage to a customer’s reputation or goodwill arising from the performance of the agreement.

We shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the Website, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

Intellectual property rights to aspects of the Website, including but not limited to its content, arrangement, design, applets, source code and software, are owned by Us or Our content and technology partners, except in so far as independently identified or acknowledged by Us on particular aspects or items.
